Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge instructional design, systems implementation, and operational effectiveness
• Lead cross-functional teams and translate business processes into actionable workflows
• Build scalable governance frameworks and optimize learning or knowledge systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning operations, process management, or project management
• Strong track record in optimizing learning systems, preferably LMS platforms
• Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and project management systems
• Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for client-related activities
• Experience in leading teams within a matrixed organization
