Key Responsibilities
- Bridge instructional design, systems implementation, and operational effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams and translate business processes into actionable workflows
- Build scalable governance frameworks and optimize learning or knowledge systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in learning operations, process management, or project management
- Strong track record in optimizing learning systems, preferably LMS platforms
- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and project management systems
- Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for client-related activities
- Experience in leading teams within a matrixed organization
