- 8+ years of experience in marketing and ecommerce, including leadership roles in DTC brands
- Deep expertise in growth marketing, retention, and ecommerce operations
- Ability to set vision and execute strategies effectively
- Experience working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
- Passion for the outdoors and the brand's mission
