Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MLR review process and documentation for marketing initiatives
- Coordinate between Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, and vendors for project timelines and task management
- Oversee vendor project workflows and support congress-related deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of marketing operations or commercial operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- 3-4 years of experience managing the Medical/Legal/Regulatory process and FDA submissions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Understanding of FDA promotional regulations and OPDP requirements
