• Bachelor's degree with five years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in an academic setting
• Knowledge of military education benefits and regulations for military outreach
• Experience in strategic planning and departmental collaboration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer processes
• Ability to be bonded and insured under the company's insurance requirements
