Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and communicate the product roadmap while aligning it with company goals
- Act as the "Voice of the Customer" and analyze market trends to drive product strategy
- Continuously develop processes to streamline customer experience and monitor key performance indicators
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of leadership experience in customer experience or operations
- Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and implementing lean methodologies
- Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics programs
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing strategic roadmaps
