Payroll Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Payroll & BenAdmin Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for payroll-related products, including strategy formulation and post-market launch oversight
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement growth-oriented product strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of business analysis or product management experience
• 2+ years of payroll system experience with an understanding of its complexities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager focusing on market-facing products with API integrations
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
