A company is looking for a Technical Product Specialist (Mechanical / Electrical).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote guidance to field service teams for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Analyze warranty claims to identify root causes and collaborate with internal teams for product improvements
- Educate field service teams on product features, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or customer service is a plus
