A company is looking for a Director of Product, Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for the B2C Carry1st Shop and B2B Distribution API
• Build and lead a team of product managers and designers, promoting collaboration and user-centered design
• Deliver measurable impact by prioritizing initiatives and developing customer-driven features

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in scaling B2C and/or B2B digital products, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or gaming
• Experience in building user-facing features such as loyalty and personalization
• Commercially driven with the ability to support priorities with data
• Collaborative leader with a strong interest in new markets and diverse user needs
