Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead product design initiatives and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the product design vision and convert it into actionable roadmaps and priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and ensure brand consistency
• Lead and mentor a team of product designers while fostering a culture of critique and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• A portfolio showcasing high-volume consumer fintech, e-commerce, or subscription products
• Experience with AI-assisted design and research tools
• Proven ability to deliver and maintain a multi-platform design system
• Comfort with interpreting data to inform design decisions
