Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor product managers while owning key product initiatives
• Define the product organization structure to enhance autonomy and velocity
• Collaborate with leadership to drive the product roadmap and deliver impactful features

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in product management, with 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven products or using AI tools in product development
• Experience in early-stage, fast-growing companies from Series A through B/C
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain product talent
• Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of growth models and business strategy
