Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager for the Earnings team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-quarter strategy for the Earnings vertical aligned with company objectives
• Drive user and business impact through retention, earnings per user, and Super+ conversion
• Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize earning experiences while ensuring product integrity

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth or consumer fintech
• Proven track record of building and scaling products through experimentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently analyze data
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring other product managers
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
