• Oversee the Rewards Checking product P&L and deposits portfolio, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth
• Articulate and evolve the Rewards Checking product value proposition and roadmap strategy
• Collaborate with various teams on the design and delivery of product features and monitor industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong financial acumen and general management mindset
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Strategic thought leadership with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Experience in consumer deposit product management is preferred
