Product Manager - Critical Event Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Critical Event Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for Critical Event Management applications and workflows
• Direct a cross-functional team, overseeing backlog, sprint planning, and release readiness
• Identify and validate new use cases, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5+ years of professional experience in emergency management or public safety
• Experience with FEMA Individual Assistance and Preliminary Damage Assessment programs
• Prior experience in information technology or strong aptitude for complex software platforms
• Hands-on practice with discovery, requirements writing, and stakeholder facilitation
