Senior Product Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead the Live Operations team for a mobile game.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the business performance of the Live Ops function, delivering and interpreting game KPIs to drive sustainable growth
• Set and align team-wide KPIs and tactical plans, ensuring measurable objectives are tied to business goals
• Lead Go-to-Market efforts for major content and feature releases, coordinating across disciplines for high-impact launches

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with free-to-play games, preferably in the RPG space
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience hitting revenue/metric targets on a live game
• Understanding of game design concepts and principles
• An MBA or a Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance is a plus
