A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead the strategy and execution of its merchant-facing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve strategy for merchant-facing experiences aligned with company goals
• Drive execution by ensuring clear roadmaps and quality solutions that impact the business
• Lead and develop a high-performing product team, providing mentorship and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, particularly in enterprise platforms
• Deep experience in merchant or business-facing products, including admin portals and support tooling
• Exceptional product leadership and execution skills, with a strong foundation in strategy and roadmaps
• Strong people leadership with a track record of developing PMs and fostering a collaborative culture
• Data- and AI-literate, capable of integrating AI tools into workflows and product functionality
