Product Manager - Workforce Applications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Workforce Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workforce Applications targeting operations leaders and HR
• Drive the delivery of Workforce Applications by gathering and prioritizing application requirements and managing the application design and project timelines
• Partner with various teams to create documentation and support the integration of Workforce Applications into the company's GTM motion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Relations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in product management and application development focused on workforce operations software solutions
• Strong understanding of HR teams and workforce operations planning processes
• Experience building multi-dimensional planning systems, ideally on the Anaplan platform or similar technologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
