Senior Product Owner - Financial Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner - Financial Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the strategic direction of the product portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a clear product roadmap
• Manage Scrum team activities and serve as the central communication point between various departments to ensure alignment in the product development process
• Oversee the product development process, monitor performance against key KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or finance preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in the banking industry, focusing on retail deposits, lending, and/or compliance
• Advanced Certification in Product Management for Financial Services
• 3-5 years experience with Jira/Confluence required
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
