Key Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for the Platform domain, creating a product roadmap that aligns with company goals
• Lead and mentor Product Managers, ensuring effective team execution
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operational leadership to deliver features for internal users

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience in internal tooling and platform product areas in healthcare
• 1-3 years of experience managing high-performing product managers
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with enterprise software development and scalable platform building
• Experience in startup environments is a plus
