Director of Product Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Security to lead its global product security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a globally distributed product security team and serve as a strategic advisor for application and product security
• Drive security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and secure SDLC practices while managing the security testing program
• Coordinate vulnerability management programs and collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into product design and operations

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in securing SaaS platforms and modern security practices for on-premises products
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub, and leading vulnerability scanning and management programs
• Hands-on experience enforcing SDLC practices and implementing DevSecOps processes
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in application or product security leadership roles
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF
