Director of Product Success Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Success Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Success Engineers, providing hands-on leadership and support
• Engage with strategic enterprise accounts to guide technical integrations of APIs and data
• Define and track KPIs for integration success and standardize processes for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in post-sales technical roles with at least 2+ years in team leadership
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical capacity
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and data pipeline design
• Familiarity with security infrastructure and identity ecosystems such as SIEMs and IAM
• Comfortable interfacing with engineers, security architects, and executive stakeholders
