Director of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Program Manager to lead cross-functional data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic alignment of executive vision with data transformation roadmaps
• Oversee end-to-end program planning and execution, integrating digital and data efforts
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment between technology and business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years in project/program management, with at least 5 years in data, AI, or automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of technology and business intelligence, including data architecture
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and UiPath
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-OSCP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent
• Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence, with a passion for AI/automation
