Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management Office (Service Operations).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the Service Ops intake and portfolio engine to prioritize initiatives
- Lead flagship programs and delegate initiatives to the program management team
- Design governance structures for portfolio visibility and decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in program/project management, particularly in a PMO service-ops environment
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership across time zones
- Experience with complex, multi-departmental initiatives that improved operational KPIs
- Proficiency in governance, including building dashboards and running steering meetings
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
