Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee technology initiatives and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across multiple teams
• Facilitate key team ceremonies and support teams in managing work within project tracking tools
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership and manage cross-team dependencies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project delivery or program management in a technology-driven organization
• Experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional projects using Agile and structured delivery approaches
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools
• Strong ability to facilitate team ceremonies and mitigate risks in complex technology initiatives
• Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, but not required
