Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion within budget
• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones while managing risks, scope, and resources
• Assemble and direct cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and provide updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years' project management experience with large-scale initiatives ($1M+ budgets)
• Healthcare industry experience with direct CMS Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) knowledge
• Project Management certification preferred; PMP certification is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK principles and experience with project management tools
