Project Manager (OCM)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (OCM) Non-Exempt.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of key projects within client accounts, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Act as a client-facing escalation point to resolve delivery and client satisfaction issues
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients through effective communication and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in organizational change management and communications planning
• Ability to create and implement effective training strategies for change initiatives
• Demonstrated capability in providing ongoing support for successful adoption of new processes
• Experience managing work in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
• At least one Project Management-centric certification, preferably PMP or CSM
