Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Risk Adjustment to lead and manage risk adjustment initiatives and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic risk adjustment improvement and process management initiatives
• Provide analytical insights, data trends, and comprehensive reporting for the Risk Adjustment Division
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for risk adjustment programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of Program or Project Management experience
• 5 years of Data analysis experience
• 5 years of Risk adjustment experience
• Prior experience in a healthcare organization or health insurer
