A company is looking for a Director of Project Controls in Life Sciences, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design, planning, and construction of Life Science projects, ensuring client goals are met
• Oversee financial management of projects, including budget establishment and cash flow analysis
• Contribute to business development and manage vendor contracts and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least twelve years of related experience with a minimum of two years in management
• Experience in Life Sciences projects is required
• Advanced project management skills and expertise in client relations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
