Director of Quality

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality to establish and lead the quality function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable, ISO-aligned Quality Management System (QMS) for products and services
• Establish company-wide standards for process documentation and compliance tracking
• Develop and lead supplier qualification and audit programs, monitoring supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality systems roles, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in setting up or scaling a corporate quality function from the ground up
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards; experience with audits preferred
• Experience with quality in hardware manufacturing and supply chain environments
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or a related discipline
