Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct monitoring and reporting activities to support quality management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monitoring and surveillance activities, including reviewing and triaging critical incidents and complaints
- Collect and assess data from multiple systems to determine compliance and create reports
- Develop reporting structures for tracking activities and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medicaid, MaineCare, and HCBS Waiver policies and regulations
- Experience with data retrieval and report synthesis from multiple systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and SharePoint
