Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with corporate-level and program-specific policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and support program personnel during accreditation and external audits
- Manage document control assignments and facilitate the complaints and appeals process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in relevant fields preferred
- Experience working for a certification/accreditation body is a plus
- Strong understanding of third-party certification initiatives
- Applied experience in quality assurance or project management fields preferred
