Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality of products and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to uphold high-quality standards in product design and build
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for effective product testing
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure compliance with customer expectations and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in a software development environment
• Proven experience with manual and automated performance and load testing
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or Confluence
