Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Systems SAP Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve quality management SAP issues in collaboration with IT vendors and experts
- Triage QM SAP support requests and ensure timely resolution of site quality system needs
- Maintain and support compliance documentation and manage quality data processes throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or Agriculture, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in SAP
- Working knowledge of SAP processes, configuration, and the QM module
- Familiarity with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Strong self-management and independent work skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
