Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client instructions and regulatory standards
• Verify that clinical citations are current and reputable, and ensure the professional appearance of reports
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and laboratory values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management
