Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist Senior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages multiple complex initiatives to enhance the quality of health care delivery
  • Ensures compliance of clinical and service quality improvement programs with accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Develops and implements targeted activities to improve performance measures such as Star Ratings and HEDIS
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a clinical license, or a Master's Degree in a related health field
  • Valid state clinical license preferred; Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/health care environment
  • Three to five years of managed care experience in a health care environment
  • Experience in compliance, accreditation, service, or quality improvement
