Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist Senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and manages multiple complex initiatives to enhance the quality of health care delivery
- Ensures compliance of clinical and service quality improvement programs with accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Develops and implements targeted activities to improve performance measures such as Star Ratings and HEDIS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a clinical license, or a Master's Degree in a related health field
- Valid state clinical license preferred; Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/health care environment
- Three to five years of managed care experience in a health care environment
- Experience in compliance, accreditation, service, or quality improvement
