Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap and delivery of lead-to-order systems, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and scalability
• Oversee the Salesforce.com ecosystem and ensure alignment with business needs, while promoting user adoption
• Lead a team in building and maintaining business-critical applications, fostering a culture of engineering excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications or software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• 8+ years of Salesforce.com experience, including leadership across multiple clouds
• Experience managing Salesforce strategy and delivery at scale, ideally in a regulated industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Solid grasp of modern software development practices, APIs, and cloud platforms
