Director of Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering responsible for overseeing software engineering initiatives within the ERP and Marketing domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage tactical and strategic software engineering initiatives
• Oversee production issue resolution and ensure quality integration
• Collaborate with senior leaders for project prioritization and manage a team of engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in software engineering or related occupation
• 5 years of experience managing software engineering teams
• 5 years of experience with ERP and WFM systems such as JDA, Oracle, or NetSuite
• 5 years of experience with .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL technologies
