A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering, Code Scanning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and coach a high-performing management team, empowering engineering managers to lead effectively
• Define and communicate the long-term vision for code scanning and secure development offerings
• Guide teams in developing technical solutions and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline with proven experience in production software coding
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience in languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• Master's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in static application security testing and secure coding practices
