Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solution Architecture & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects to create scalable and repeatable implementation designs
• Manage the solutioning funnel from Sales through implementation, ensuring alignment and delivery readiness
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to ensure technical feasibility and product alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Solution Architecture, or Pre-Sales roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams of architects, consultants, or solution engineers
• Experience in bridging Sales, Product, and Delivery to design scalable solutions
• Strong technical acumen with experience in implementation estimation and solution standardization
• Executive-level communication skills with a track record of strategic collaboration
