Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategy & Operations - M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Corporate Development team to develop and execute strategic frameworks for integration
• Lead the post-close integration process, ensuring alignment of all teams and execution against plans
• Oversee multiple complex programs and communicate updates on strategic initiatives across all organizational levels

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree and leadership experience required
• Experience as a Program/Portfolio Manager with cross-functional teams
• Experience with due diligence processes and leading acquisition and integration lifecycles
• Demonstrated knowledge of program management and strategy development methodologies
