Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Corporate Development team to develop and execute strategic frameworks for integration
- Lead the post-close integration process, ensuring alignment of all teams and execution against plans
- Oversee multiple complex programs and communicate updates on strategic initiatives across all organizational levels
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree and leadership experience required
- Experience as a Program/Portfolio Manager with cross-functional teams
- Experience with due diligence processes and leading acquisition and integration lifecycles
- Demonstrated knowledge of program management and strategy development methodologies
