Key Responsibilities

• Leads contract negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers for optimal pricing and terms
• Develops and executes purchasing strategies aligned with business goals and market conditions
• Oversees inventory planning and forecasting to maintain product availability and minimize waste

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Pharmacy, or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles within healthcare or pharmacy settings
• 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Participation in compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
