Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of User Acquisition to lead and scale customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize all user acquisition channels including paid digital, SEO, webinars, and events
- Develop and execute strategies to drive top-of-funnel traffic and increase paid conversions
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 marketers focused on acquisition performance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition-focused roles
- Proven track record of driving user/customer acquisition in a SaaS or digital product environment
- Hands-on experience across multiple channels including paid social, paid search, and SEO
- Experience managing and growing teams in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
- Deep knowledge of internet marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization
