Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure-Opening Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and distribute initial disclosures to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations
• Validate fees entered by loan officers and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor and track loan pipelines for timely and accurate processing of disclosures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Working knowledge of Word, PDF, and Excel programs
• Experience with Encompass LOS system preferred
• Familiarity with Mavent compliance analysis required
