Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer implementations to meet contract requirements and success criteria
- Coordinate schedules, documentation, and follow-up tasks across internal teams
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of implementation tasks and provide status updates
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing or project coordination roles
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, health administration, or related field
- Prior experience supporting K-12 school districts or educational technology implementations
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Suite, project management platforms)
- Exposure to SaaS-based software systems or technical project coordination
