Doctoral Associate Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Faculty - Doctoral Advancing Community, Critical Thought, Engagement, Scholarship, and Success (ACCESS) - Part Time (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver course content and assessments, ensuring timely availability of materials for students
• Maintain an engaged classroom presence and address student academic issues proactively
• Perform additional duties such as coaching and overseeing student experiences as required by the course

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Business, Education, Healthcare, or related field requiring a dissertation
• 6 doctoral level credits in research methodologies or 2 years of experience as an Associate Dean plus 3 years of professional experience
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Record of research and scholarly activity within the last five years
• Must complete annual Dissertation Chair Training Refresher
