Job Summary

A company is looking for an eLearning Developer to lead the development of custom eLearning courses for future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of custom eLearning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Lectora, and Evolve
• Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements and ensure courses align with learning objectives
• Delegate development tasks and coordinate the technical workflow to ensure project quality and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eLearning development with a proven track record
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with Rise, Lectora, and Evolve
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
• Ability to work US daytime hours and independently with minimal supervision
