A company is looking for a Document Specialist who will oversee the deed generation team and ensure performance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for preparation of deeds and manage the document order pipeline
- Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accurate completion within required timeframes
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in document preparation and recording
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of real estate title searching
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft software products
