Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Health Equity & Clinical Innovation
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and organize domestic travel logistics
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal team meetings and support onboarding of new hires
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in an executive support role or similar administrative position
- Proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination
- Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
- Experience in processing expense reports and compliance with company policies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
