Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP project deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, write, and validate content
- Ensure documentation complies with standards, audit requirements, and project governance frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, Technical Communication, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation roles within large-scale IT or ERP projects
- Experience working on government contracts or public sector projects
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and documentation platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
