Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program/Project Management Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center's Range Systems Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards in Power BI to visualize program metrics
• Establish and monitor project metrics, ensuring data accuracy for reliable reporting
• Analyze program data to identify trends and support data-driven program management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a management or team lead/supervisory role
• 3+ years of experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Must possess strong analytical skills
• Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance required
• US Citizenship required
