Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs in partnership with stakeholders
- Influence matrixed teams to manage dependencies and drive organizational processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor and champion organizational change and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
- At least 7 years of people management experience
- 5+ years of experience in strategy development (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy (preferred)
