Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs in partnership with stakeholders
• Influence matrixed teams to manage dependencies and drive organizational processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor and champion organizational change and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
• At least 7 years of people management experience
• 5+ years of experience in strategy development (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy (preferred)
